About BIM service
- How to order BIM service on Home3ds:
Visit the website https://home3ds.com/scan-to-bim/ to order.
- Turnaround time:
Normally 1-6 days, if your request and space are complex, it will take more time. We will send an email to notify you if this case happens.
- Options when ordering
All standard orders will include RVT file (compatible with Revit 2020) and DWG file (per floor). You can also add Interior Furniture and MEP options based on your request.
– Basic Architecture (Standard): Basic Architecture includes visible walls, floors, doors, columns, ceilings, windows, bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures, stairs, lighting fixtures, roofs.
– Basic Architecture + Interior Furniture: Includes what’s included in the Basic Architecture package plus an Interior Furniture option that includes a visible bed, desk, cupboard, shelf, chair, seat, appliance, and some wall fixtures. If your space is vacant, we can help to add some furniture if requested. (Note: interior is at LOD 200)
– Basic Architecture + MEP: Includes what’s included in the Basic Architecture package plus an MEP option that includes visible HVAC ducts, plumbing fixtures, piping, power/data outlets, and some ductwork.
